x, even বা জোড় সংখ্যা হওয়ায় (5x + 6) ও জোড় সংখ্যা হবে।
এখন (5x + 6) - এর বড় ক্ষুদ্রতম জোড় (even) সংখ্যাটি (5x + 6) - এর চেয়ে 2 বেশি । অর্থাৎ 5x + 6 + 2
আবার, x even সংখ্যা হওয়ায় একই ভাবে (3x + 9) অবশ্যই বিজোড় সংখ্যা হবে। সুতরাং(3x + 9) - এর চেয়ে
ছোট বৃহত্তম সংখ্যাটি 1 কম হবে।
অর্থাৎ সংখ্যাটি হবে 3x + 9 - 1
সুতরাং সঙখ্যাদ্বয়ের পার্থক্য হবে
